Enrollment Information

How does my child qualify for enrollment at North Hills?
• Medicaid funding to include one of the following: ARKids A, Tefra, Medicaid and/or SSI
• A referral from your child’s primary care physician
• Have a developmental delay in two or more of the following areas: Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and/or the Developmental Domains.
• Have current shot record
• Have a current Well Child Check-Up/EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening and Diagnosis Treatment)
