Speech Therapy

The pediatric speech-language pathologists at North Hills Services provide evaluations and therapeutic intervention for children addressing areas of language, articulation, fluency, voice, oral-motor, and feeding. Individualized programs are developed to address specific needs of children. Therapy is provided in a child-friendly environment using motivating materials and activities to promote progress. The therapists are trained in a variety of methods and techniques to meet the specific needs of each child. We strive to facilitate generalization of speech therapy objectives in the classroom and the home environment by collaborating with teachers and parents. Our desire is for each child to be able to effectively communicate with his/her family, teachers, and friends.
